How do I register my interest in wholesale?

If you are interested in becoming retailer of our product, simply fill out the wholesale form. All applications are thoroughly checked and quickly processed.

What are your order minimums?

Business – Opening order $150 + shipping. For orders less than $150 please get in contact with us so we can put you in touch with one of our stockists closest to you.

Corporate/Large business – Please get in contact with us via email.

What are your processing times?

Orders are produced and shipped within a week of order. If you require speedy production and shipping, please note this on your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your wholesale terms?

Orders are due to be paid before shipment.

Can I see product prices in my local currency?

Currently all product prices are shown in Australian dollars. To see the prices in your local currency, click here to see the latest exchange rates. (www.xe.com)

What shipping options are available?

All orders are packed and sent through the best and inexpensive source to keep postage costs to a minimum for you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land), product weight / dimensions and delivery location.

Shipping charges are supplied in the proforma invoice after an order has been placed.

Understanding customs & import taxes
  • Orders may need to be cleared by customs in your country.
  • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
  • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
  • Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
Returns

All items are inspected before packaging. In the unlikely event that there is damages, shortages or defects Reed and Co Trading must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods via email. If there is any damage to the outer packaging of the shipment, it is important to describe in your email the damage. If the shipment is received/signed for in good condition, but concealed damage has occurred, you must contact Reed and Co Trading within 48 hours to report the damage and request a return of the damaged goods. Faulty or incorrect products can be returned for a replacement. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
